Our annual fee to lease the ranch is based on the per acre cost of the lease and the expense of protein and corn. 

 

We prefer to limit our hunting group to no more than 20 paying hunters  Fees for the 2008-2009 Season are $8500 per slot or leasee. This entitles the leaseholder to year round access for quail, varmint, and deer.  Sorry , we don’t have the turkey rights. 

 

The $8500 fee entitles you to two trophy deer.  You may purchase additional trophy deer for $5000 each.  Each slot can bring up to two guests per visit.
